These terms apply to the SomniTune iOS app provided by Igor Khomiakov. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Not medical advice
SomniTune is a wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Insights are based on correlations in your own data and are not medical advice. Consult a doctor about sleep problems.
SomniTune Pro subscription
- SomniTune Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly and yearly. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
