SomniTune is developed by Igor Khomiakov ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the SomniTune iOS app.

Summary

We do not collect, store, sell or share your personal data. Your sleep and health data stays on your iPhone.

Apple Health data

If you connect Apple Health, SomniTune reads sleep analysis, heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and respiratory rate. This data is processed only on your device to show your sleep and how it relates to the sounds you played. It is never sent to our servers or to third parties, and it is never used for advertising or data mining. You can revoke access at any time in the iOS Settings app (Health → Data Access & Devices → SomniTune).

Listening history

The sounds you play and your in-app settings are stored locally on your device.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchase data is described in Apple’s privacy policy.

Analytics and tracking

SomniTune contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Children

SomniTune is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete; all app data is removed when you delete the app. You can still contact us with any privacy question.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
